Order Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment: Customers may cancel their order before it is shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details. Once cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be processed.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. However, you may initiate a return after delivery as per our return policy.
Cancellation by Drishti RawMart: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen issues. In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be processed.
Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be returned with original invoice and packaging materials.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or used products.
Customized or special-order items.
Items damaged due to misuse.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact customer support with your order ID and reason for return.
Share product images (if damaged/defective).
Once approved, ship the product to the provided return address.
After inspection and approval, refund will be processed.
Refund Policy
Refund Process: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
